First of all, Happy (American) Mother's Day to my wonderful mommy and all of the other mothers I know whose love and work I can only hope to understand myself one day. Five years ago on Mother's Day I graduated from Marietta College and entered the REAL WORLD. It's been sweet. And with that in mind I was super pumped for all of these kids we found collecting their graduation caps outside of The Swede's alma mater on Valborg. Aside from my vicarious enthusiasm, I couldn't help but feel that the Swedish graduation cap is ridiculous. But then I remembered.
