Sarianne inspired me to look down at the ground around me on my walk from school today. Crocuses are blooming in Söderköping and now that the sun is shining every couple of days here and allowing a lot of the snow to melt, I was excited at the possibility of finding the first blossoms of spring. And find them I did! I'm not getting too excited because more snow is forecast and these suckers really just poke their heads out because they know Christ is due to rise again, but they're sure nice to see anyhow.
I love those flowers. The yellow may be a winter acronite.
