This weekend, when I went into the city, I did a little scouting. My friend Becca is coming to visit in November (and no, in case you were wondering, I cannot wait) so I'm making a mental list of all of the places I want to take her and all the things I want her to see. There's a lot of excellent shopping to be done in Stockholm, but one of the places I would not ever recommend is the posh and pretentious Nordiska Kompaniet, at least not for anyone with a moderate salary. I will, however, be bringing Becca there because it's a lovely building and the atmosphere is not to be missed. And maybe we'll just have a fika or something.
If it is that posh, I will have to buy something small to say I did! I cant wait!
